Resolve scheduling conflicts
Double-booked court, coach in two places, badly placed pupil: everything is flagged before confirmation
Plugin.ch constantly checks the groups of all running lessons of the same sport and season. Conflicts are flagged by a red chip at the top of Manage groups, by a badge on the groups concerned, and recalled before the bookings are created.

At the top right of Manage groups, the chip shows No conflicts or their number. Click it: the Conflicts in this sport and season list opens. Click a line to go to the group: it is highlighted on the board, or in the Week view if it belongs to another lesson.

Greyed-out lines concern another lesson of the sport-season (for example the autumn tennis school still running).
2The types of conflicts
| Label | Meaning | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| Court | Two groups on the same court, on the same day, at overlapping times, during common lesson periods. | Move one of the groups in the Week view (another time or another court). |
| Coach | The same coach (1 or 2) teaches two groups at the same time. | Change a group's times or its coach (Modify group). |
| Student | The same person is placed in two overlapping groups. | Drag their card into another group. |
| Lessons | The pupil chose 2 lessons a week (or more) but is placed in only 1 group. | Place their second card in another group, or change their rate if they only come once. |
| Same group | The pupil has two lessons in the same group: they are billed twice but have only one attendance per session. | It is up to you: change their rate, move one card to another group, or keep it this way if intended. |
| Places | More registered pupils in the group than places. | Move a pupil or increase the group's number of places. |
A pupil registered 2× a week with none of their cards placed is not a conflict: they are simply listed in Not assigned.
3Before confirming the bookings
When you click Confirm the lessons in the bookings, the court and coach conflicts of the lesson's groups not yet confirmed are listed in the confirmation, with the question “Create the bookings anyway?”. Cancel lets you correct them; OK creates the bookings anyway (useful if two small groups share a court on purpose).
The confirmation recalls the court and coach conflicts.
Student, Lessons and Places conflicts do not block confirmation: check the chip before confirming.
4Correct a group already confirmed
A confirmed group is locked: it can no longer be moved with a click or in the Week view, because its bookings already exist. To change it:
- coaches, colour, places: open it (pencil) and use Modify group;
- day, time or court: in Group reservations, delete the upcoming lessons, then recreate them on the right slot with Add lessons (check first that the court is free: an existing booking would be replaced). When all upcoming lessons follow the new times, the group record takes them over.
