Send a coach their schedule
Coach workload, link without login, printing and .ics calendar
Each coach can receive their schedule for the season without an account or password: a read-only, printable link, with the list of pupils in each group, and a calendar file to add to their phone.
1The Coaches view
In Manage groups, click Coaches. The Coach workload view shows one card per coach, for all running lessons of the sport-season:
- the number of groups and the hours per week (duration of each group × number of days, as coach 1 or 2);
- their slots, with the lesson, the court and how full they are; those of the open lesson are highlighted;
- any overlaps (two groups at the same time), in red.

2Share the schedule
At the bottom of each card:
- Schedule: opens the coach's schedule in a new tab;
- Copy link: copies a personal link, read-only and without login; the message says until when it is valid (about 13 months). Paste it into an e-mail or a message to the coach;
- Calendar .ics: downloads the lessons in calendar format.

The coach's page shows their typical week, then each group with its dates, its court, how full it is and the list of its pupils (with their age). The Print button produces a clean sheet; Calendar .ics adds the lessons, every week until the end of the lesson, to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
The link gives access to the names and ages of this coach's pupils. Only send it to the coach concerned: a link once sent remains valid until it expires and cannot be deactivated individually.
The schedule shown follows the groups in real time: after a change, the coach sees the new version by reopening their link. An .ics file already imported, however, is not updated: send it again after a change of times.
The link and the .ics file show the groups' usual times: cancelled lessons, make-up lessons and replacements do not appear. Let the coach know yourself (see What the coach does).
3Actual hours and replacements
The Coaches view gives the planned workload. For the lessons actually given (replacements, cancelled lessons) and end-of-month exports, use the Manage coaches' times page.
